I can hardly believe August is already coming to an end, it truly flew by! It was quite a busy month, and I have a feeling many of you would say the same.
Between getting the kiddos ready for a new school year, capturing those amazing back-to-school photos, enjoying the last days of summer, and keeping up with everything else life brings, August was definitely full.
As we head into September, I’m looking forward to a fresh start and a new season here in Tampa Bay. 🍂 Whether you’re thinking about making a move, preparing to sell, exploring new construction, or simply keeping an eye on what’s happening in our local market, I’m here to keep you informed and connected.

Tampa Bay continues to grow, bringing new restaurants, entertainment venues, and shopping experiences to the region. Whether you’re looking for your next dining destination, a weekend outing, or simply want to stay informed on what’s happening around town, here are a few notable openings and developments making headlines this week in the Bay!
Tampa General Hospital’s proposed East Ybor campus has reached an exciting milestone, securing Planning Commission approval for its 24-acre mixed-use development. The project is expected to bring together healthcare, housing, and commercial spaces in one new community hub.
Detroit-style pizza has officially arrived in South Tampa! SoDough Square is bringing its signature thick, crispy-edged pies to the neighborhood, giving Tampa another spot for a great pizza night.
A little bit of everything—and we love it. BB House has opened on Seminole Boulevard, combining a beauty bar, specialty café, and local artisan market under one roof. It’s a new spot to grab a coffee, discover local makers, and treat yourself.
