International Plaza is getting a major upgrade. Simon Property Group, now the mall’s sole owner, has announced a $250 million redevelopment that will add a 50,000-square-foot open-air expansion, enhanced outdoor dining spaces, and new retailers—bringing even more shopping and entertainment to one of Tampa’s premier destinations.
Book lovers have a new favorite spot. Bookends Literature & Libations has officially soft-opened in Ybor City, combining an independent bookstore with a cozy wine bar. The space also features regional authors, community events, and tarot readings, making it a unique addition to the neighborhood.
Raising Cane’s is expanding again in Tampa Bay. The popular chicken chain is set to replace the former Macaroni Grill at Brandon Town Center with a brand-new restaurant featuring a drive-thru, updated landscaping, additional parking, and modern signage.
