After more than five years of anticipation, St. Pete’s newest dining destination has officially opened its doors. The five-story food hall recently welcomed its first concepts, Palm Avenue Deli and Constellation Burger, with even more on the way. Future additions include four bars, a taqueria, an upscale Asian restaurant, pizza and pasta concepts, an ice cream shop, and a smoothie bar. The venue is currently operating in a soft-opening phase as additional tenants prepare to launch.

A fresh addition to Tampa’s dining scene, The Landon is a New American fine dining restaurant now open on South Howard Avenue. The restaurant was developed by local restaurateur Michael Stewart and offers an elevated dining experience in the heart of Tampa.
🏨 The Inn at El Reloj | Ybor City
Set to debut in 2026, The Inn at El Reloj will transform the historic 1910 Sanchez y Haya building into a boutique hospitality destination. The project will feature Elaine’s Restaurant, Stanford’s Cigar Club, and 11 thoughtfully designed guest rooms, brought to life by the team behind J.C. Newman Cigar Company.
